Potato peeler of OZ8 type is device for peeling ( scraping ) of potatoes, beetroots, carrots etc. Potato peeler consists of following main elements: cylindrical casing, a base set, power unit and a cover. Abrasive material covering a tank and rotating plate let to peel products very accurately without hurting them. The potato peeler should be used with the Peeling separator type SO75 .
